Welcome to Clubhouse Café. By visiting our physical café sanctuaries in Model Town, Jalandhar, or upcoming in Amritsar, or by utilizing our online reservation and digital concierge services, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a harmonious dining atmosphere for all guests.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Clubhouse Café ("Clubhouse", "we", "us"), operated at The Elite City Center, Model Town Road, Jalandhar, Punjab 144001, India, and through the website clubhousecafe.in.
By reserving a table, placing culinary orders, or joining our guest programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to these provisions.
2. Table Reservations & Seating Policy
To maintain the leisurely rhythm of the café while respecting all patrons, the following reservation protocols apply:
15-Minute Grace Period
Reserved tables are held for up to 15 minutes past the confirmed booking time. If your party anticipates a delay, please notify our front desk via phone or WhatsApp.
Walk-in Sanctuary
We reserve an allocated portion of dining space across all operating hours (09:30 AM to 12:00 AM) specifically for spontaneous walk-in coffee lovers and diners.
Large Gatherings
Parties of 8 or more guests require advance booking of at least 24 hours to ensure kitchen readiness and optimal communal seating configurations.
Seating Preference
While we endeavor to fulfill specific table requests (such as fluted velvet booths or sunlit window marble counters), seating allocation is subject to live dining room flow.
3. Culinary Offerings, Dietary & Allergen Notice
Every plate and cup at Clubhouse is prepared to order using authentic European butter, fermented sourdough pizza bases, and specialty single-origin coffees:
- Allergen Communication: Our kitchen works with dairy (fresh burrata, mascarpone, artisanal butter), gluten (sourdough, brioche, croissants), tree nuts (pistachios, hazelnuts, almonds), and eggs. While we take rigorous care with cross-contact, please inform your server of severe allergies before ordering.
- Seasonal Availability: Artisanal ingredients and limited-batch bakes (e.g. Belgian chocolate croissants, sculpted teddy mousses) are baked fresh daily and subject to availability.
- Customization: We gladly accommodate plant-based milks (oat, almond) and temperature preferences for espresso and matcha beverages upon request.
4. Café Sanctuary, Etiquette & Photography
Clubhouse is designed as a peaceful haven for conversations, reading, and savoring the present moment:
Personal Photography: Guests are welcome to capture photos and short videos of their dining experience, dishes, and company for personal memories and social sharing (@clubhousecafe.in).
Guest Privacy: We kindly ask that photography respectfully excludes other café patrons and staff without their clear consent.
Commercial & Professional Shoots: Commercial photography, fashion campaigns, professional lighting rigs, and brand videography require prior written clearance from Clubhouse management to avoid disrupting guest tranquility.
5. The Royalty Club Privileges
The Clubhouse Royalty Club is a complimentary tier program celebrating our regular patrons. Privileges, including complimentary pastry tastings, priority table access, and private culinary previews, are non-transferable, carry no cash surrender value, and remain subject to program rules established by Clubhouse management.
6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
The Clubhouse Café logotype, bespoke crest, graphic layouts, culinary photography, website architecture, and written brand materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Clubhouse Café. No reproduction, scraping, redistribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of your visit or use of our digital platforms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jalandhar, Punjab.
